You have your own phone plan, you pay your rent, and you started to hack away at that credit card debt. But do you do your own taxes?

Personally, my goal for the next year is to finally learn enough about finance to not have to have my father do my taxes for me. I know you may be rolling your eyes at the thought that a 24 year old still doesn’t have control of her finances, but I know I’m not alone. In fact, a 30 year old co-worker had to make a quick trip to her hometown in Virginia so she could do her taxes with her father.
